At Redeeming Passion, our desire is to see people experience the real power and life that comes through knowing Jesus. We love people and desire to see people walk in the love and freedom that knowing Him brings.
Our focus at RPM is very simple: show people the Kingdom of God. How is that done? One relationship at a time by presenting hope to the hopeless, help to the helpless, and love to the seemingly unlovable. This is what our Savior did so many years ago as He traveled Judea. Jesus restored, reclaimed, and redeemed! RPM's mission is to do the same today in our community, state, country, and throughout the earth. Our purpose is to reach, teach, equip, and release. We are reaching out wherever we are to show and share the love of Jesus Christ to all whome we encounter, teaching the truth of the Gospel to those who seek answers, equipping the saints to the service of the ministry to the unity of faith in the Lord Jesus, and releasing those around us to the ministry to which they are called.
*We believe in One God that exists in three Persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).
*We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate; that he died on the cross and rose again in victory over death and hell, and then ascended into Heaven, giving those who believe on Him eternal salvation; that Jesus is the Way and the Truth and the LIfe; and that He is the only way to the Father.
*We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit and the gifts thereof that empower us to live in Christ's fullness.
We believe that the Bible is the Divinely Inspired, authoritative Word of God that never dies.
*We believe that the Bible applies every bit as much to us today as it did to the early church fathers.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). With this understanding, God still moves today in the ways that he did in the Bible. "For I am the LORD, I change not;..." Malachi 3:6 (KJV) He continues to move in new ways according to His principle: "Behold, I will do something new, Now it will spring forth." Isaiah 43:19 (NASB )
*We believe that we should be looking at the fruit in our lives more than the gifts in our lives to judge our own walk. Character matters.
*We believe that the Christian walk is more than just a Sunday stroll. In order to stay on the path that God has chosen for us, we need to run the race with the prize in mind.
*We believe that every Christian should be affiliated with a local Church body for the fellowship of the brethren and for the blanket of protection that it gives to each member (1 John 1:7). We believe that Christ is coming back soon! Even so, come Lord Jesus.
