During the last few months of being back (Well its only been over two months) God has been doing such great things with me and my wife. I cant say how great it has been. Even though a lot of it doesn’t seem to be that huge stand out kinda stuff. God really spoke to us when we got in here from our trip across the country that He wanted us to remain in a place of sonship. Learn how to surrender as a child of God. Looking at Him as Daddy and receiving inheritance without the striving of a distant slave who doesn’t know The Fathers heart.
God has really been showing me that it is not in how much I do that I feel satisfied and find my worth. Its in Him and me being His son that I find that satisfaction in life. Its an all to easy thing for us all to find our worth in how much we did on the house this week or how well we did at work. It can even be how much we have done for the church or God. If we feel that we have done enough then we say to ourselves we are feeling good about ourselves.
Well I believe that God is in the process of pulling that kind of mindset out of the church. Jesus wants to come back to a pure spotless bride. We cant walk in purity if we haven’t learned how to receive yet. Everything that we have as Children of God we get as a gift. If we can not find satisfaction from what Jesus has done and know that He has made us worthy to be Children of the Most High then are satisfaction in life will be as fleeting as a gust of wind. One moment it is here the next it is gone.
Daddy has good gifts for you today. Faith is knowing He does and that receiveing it is that easy. You are loved fully in Jesus the Son of God. You in Him are made sons and daughters of God. Receive Receive Receive and Rest in His unchanging Love. It will empower you to Rise above this world.

Wow so much is going! Just of last week I got test results for staff infection and the like. It came back negative!!! Such a powerful testimony of how the Lord has healed my body. It has been a long hard struggle with staff but Im so happy to say that Jesus Christ is more powerful! I took medication and all that but I got healed when people joined around me in prayer and I encountered the presence of God.
Another awesome thing coming up is the wedding. Yes, next week I will be a married man! Me and Annika making a life covenant on Sat the 14. God has been such a blessing to us (like he always is) as we have been planning everything. God has abundantly blessed us and we are almost done a very little stress wedding planning. God’s favor and grace have been all over Annika and I as we have prepared together our wedding. Not only us but those who have been working so hard to make this time an enjoyable planning experience for us.
I am so excited to give my life away not only to God but also the woman of my dreams!!! THis is such an awesome time in our lives.
One last thing, I know Ive been jumping around and all that in my writing but Im excited. I just wanted to share one last testimony for now. Over a week ago me and Annika were out walking down the street to the place that we are getting married. I saw this guy walking along with his dog. The last time I saw this guy he was hooked up to a oxygen tank and had a bunch of tubs from his nose, me and Annika had prayed for his full healing. I started talking to him telling him how good he was looking. He told me that not only did his one lung collapse (that is what we prayed for healing for him before) but he had stage three cancer. Then the last test that was done on him showed no sign of cancer whatsoever! Praise Jesus! He revealed Himself to to this guy. Praise Jesus!
Whoever is reading this I love you so much. God wants to sing over you right now and bring healing life and joy to your heart and body. OK that just came out as I was typing along. SO it must be for you from Daddy God.

Back in Lake Tahoe area again after my two weeks on the east coast. I had such a blessed time spending that time with family and one of those weeks in NC on the beach with most of the redeeming passion crew. It was such a refreshing time and a good time of ministering to each other. God really showed up and touched my body that was feeling some- what worn down.
I have been struggling with health things most of the year since being in Sudan. I picked up some staff infection and maybe a few other things. But I want to say God is so good and faithful. Just before heading out to OH I went to Redding CA where I went to school. Its a place of God’s presence and healing. I went to the healing rooms they had there and got prayer from everyone that would pray for me which is anyone that heard I needed healing.
Prier to this I had felt ok for a bit but then a boil started breaking out again from the staff infection. It didnt feel good at all and I was feeling pretty discouraged. I felt totally out of it by the time I made it up to redding. I was staying with one of my best friends there. Oh my I was so blessed by the prayers of faith that I recieved and all the rest I got. I came back to Tahoe two days later feeling the presence of GOd all over me. I didnt have anymore pain and the boil thing was gone or I couldnt feel it any more. It was not only my physical body that felt better but mind, emotions and spirit that were all lifted and focosed. YEA GOD!!!
He is always good. I would love continued prayer for full strenght and energy throughout my whole body. Daddy is so good and I want to pass on this story to anyone that is suffering from sickness, if its terminal or just something youve had for a while Jesus’ will is to heal you! Recieve it, get people around you that believe that and have them pray for you. God is in the buisness of healing; body soul and spirit.

And we know that God causes ALL things to work together for GOOD to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)
Over the last month God has shown this to be so true to me. Since the last time that I sent our an update God has done so much. Also I have been really attacked at the same time and have been sick probably half of that time since then. God is so faithful in the midst of it all. I remember about 2 weeks back I was going to preach at a church the next morning and I couldn’t fall asleep as I was laying on my bed. My body was sweating and then quickly turning into to cold chills. As I laid there frustrated and annoyed Jesus came to me and was releasing heavenly visions in the midst of it all. One of those visions was a word for the church that I was going to share in the next morning.
As I woke up that morning I felt like I had malaria, I decided nothing was going to stop me from going. I felt in complete and total dependency upon God. And that’s the best place to be. As I shared that morning the love of the Father came into the place and was changing lives. I was even touched…really by what the Holy Spirit gave me to say.
Its amazing how God was able to take that time that the enemy was trying to take me out and use it to speak to me what He wanted me to share. God is so so faithful.
I know that sickness is not of God. Jesus clearly showed us that through healing all those who were oppressed by the devil. Praise God! Right now I am finally feeling strong and back to full energy again. I thank God and each one of you that have been praying for me. The healing has come.
One evening recently I was gathering with some of the guys in the house/office that I’m staying in right now. ( Yea God I’m not in a tent anymore. I’ve upgraded to a house). We were studying about the Holy Spirit and His baptism for us together. The Holy Spirit was showing up just as we talked about Him and what He does. I don’t know if you know the time where Gods presence is thick and you don’t want to say anything or move cause it is so deep. But that is what happened there, we just started praying and then a silence fell over us all and no one was talking for a while. Its not a common thing in this culture to be spending time with God and being completely quite. I was really blown away by it. I had a few times were my mind was like move on, I’m so glad I didn’t try to rush God because It was so good and so deep. God spoke to me there and said I am doing things in you all Right Now that will effect your future and mold you for your destiny. Wow! When the time came I shared that and we continued in the presence of the Holy Spirit. I felt the Holy Spirit tell me that one of the guys had something to share. Right before I asked him if he did he said I feel God is telling me that we need to continue studying His word and taking time like this together.
What an awesome time we had. Just a little bit later some other guys got home from school. One of them came over to me and said, “I’m annoyed right now and do you want to know why? I’ve been waiting all day to have a bible study with you and you have had one before we all got back”. I said don’t worry Amoli we can have another one together this evening. He was like “oh that is ok then. You know we like the word of God here“. Later that evening we gathered around the camp fire and continued the Study on the Holy Spirit and His works. Oh man it was a Holy Spirit party. The guys and girls were praying in the Holy Spirit and laughter and joy were breaking out. God really loves His people.
I’ve just gotten back from Arua Uganda were I went for a few days to withdraw money and rest just a bit. God did refresh me and I got to eat a burger with bacon on it and swim in a pool while I was there. Isn’t that awesome! That for sure wasn’t the best part of the trip though. The second night I was there I had just eaten at a Indian restaurant and was heading out when some guy there asked me something. I was called back cause I had forgotten my water bottle. At that time I felt led to stay there and not leave. So I got a chair and sat down with them and talked. God opened up doors to share with this one guy named Dharmesh about Jesus and the life He brings. It was amazing how the conversation started and how open he was. He told me; thanks so much for sharing this. I needed to hear that. He said he was going to go get a Bible tomorrow. I prayed for him and the Holy Spirit touched him deeply right there. I went back to my hotel and couldn’t stop praying for him. I asked God please let me meet him tomorrow. Well guess what God did! The next day I was going to buy a few things and was walking down the street. One of the guys who I was talking with last night walked up to me and said come here to my friends place. He brought me inside this shop and there was Dharmesh. Wow! I was able to continue sharing Jesus love and salvation with him showing him from God’s word what it means to be saved. He said at first “I’m confused how do I do it.” I shared with him that its faith from the heart in Jesus Christ and what He has done. Right there as he was working in the shop he prayed with me to receive the eternal gift of God and repent of his sins. Yea! Another sinner has repented and found eternal life, now no longer a sinner but a child of God. Please pray for him whenever you think about him. I also am so blessed by all your prayers and support. I’m getting ready to head back to the States in around a week now. God bless you all!

I took off from Yei excepting to get to chukudum by the next day. Well what an adventure I had traveling for four days before I got out to the area. The roads are so ruff in that area only four wheel drive vehicles can get out there. Half way back on the road and the tire blew. Off we got from the vehicle with luggage and all and from 3;30 to 7:30 at night we trekked along the path to Chukudum. I was completely wiped out by the time I got there. I ended up staying at a Catholic parish for the night with some big priest guys that had come in for the Easter Sunday. Just simple little me with these big guys. It was a great time though and I was fed some food which was the only real meal I had had since the day before.
Finally on the fifth day I met with Dominic and Hector the leaders of the Iris work here in the area. What a great time we had meeting together and sharing our hearts. God is really doing a work here in this place. I got to meet the children that they have taken in even as there own kids. Kids who have lost both of there parent and don’t have the help they need. We gathered around together and sang songs of worship as we praised our King Jesus.
I got to celebrate Easter with the Church they have planted in Chukudum and share the power of Jesus Christ with the believers here. The following day we took off by foot about an hour away to a place called Khartima. What a blessed time we had there. I got to see the school that they had built through Iris and also where they are meeting for worship as they are pioneering a new church in this area. The kids sung songs of welcome and blessing as is the custom here to welcome me to there school. Half of the class meets in the thatched roof school room and the other class out under the big shady tree.
I share with the kids and encouraged them in there studies and to seek Jesus above all. We were getting ready to leave and the Holy Spirit was putting on my heart so strong that I need to share the gospel with the kids that are here. I asked if its ok to share my testimony. So I was able to share the Gospel with the kids in a real clear way through my own story. I asked who wanted to experience the same and give Jesus the rest of there lives. Even I think every kid there responded. Only God knows where there hearts are at but the Gospel was heard and kids came into the Kingdom today.
We spent the next day as well going back to the area and visiting family there. There is no other church in the area of Khartima except for this one. Up and down the mountain we climbed visiting the leaders patents and relatives there. I was a able to help build with the community on a new tukal ( what we would call a hut). God opened the door to pray with everyone there and share with them about the love of Jesus.
The people of the community are so hungry and they are eager for a real structure to be built here for a church and another class room for the school. They have even prepared things and now are just waiting for us to help with materials that they can not make from the trees, mountains and rocks. There is hunger for truth and were there is hunger there needs to be a filling.
From there we got ready to head a ways farther from there to Kikali, the are that they first started from. After a 2 21/2 hour bike ride we got to the compound. Right at the foot of the mountains. On all side mountains were surrounding us. This was the first time I remember seeing the stars sparkling like blinking Christmas lights. It was so breathtaking. Me and Jesus had some special time together just talking under the open heaven.
No other Church is in this area. There is no other school in this place either. It was wonderful to see what God was doing in such a dark place. There is a real shortage of water as well and we had to walk at least a half hour to get drinking water and a half hour back. Its good exercise.
What a welcoming village as well. Here they gave me a goat as a welcoming gift for visiting there village. I had also received one and a chicken in the other village. That is what we eat for most of the time there. On Sunday when we gathered together, the church was completely packed full. The word of God was shared with signs following. There were a number of Children and some adults that committed there life to Jesus Christ for the first time. Yea God! One of the most powerful miracles of healing that day was something the people could see or feel the difference. One young girl who there are giving food to and taking care of was extremely hot from a fever. She had some bad malaria. We prayed and continued to pray until fever just left and her body became cool. There were other healings but this one we told some of the mommas that had felt her before come and feel her body and we rejoice in amazement of what God had done. Showing Himself stronger then malaria stronger then witchdoctors and all kids of sicknesses.
We took off from that area for a two hour trek across the mountains to another village called Loraima. It is a more populated and there is not a single church in the place. The gospel has been preached here but leaders have not been raised up and the fullness of the Gospel is still yet to be shared. We went to the main dirt road which was what we would call a pathway and prayed all together over the land. Calling forth leaders here and peoples eyes to see the truth that the Church of Christ would be exalted here through the softened hearts of people. We met one old man who we shared with and he was there for all the time of prayer. We know he will go and tell the whole place about what he saw as we came to visit and pray for a church to be raised up there.
God is so good all the way from climbing mountains to playing soccer with the kids and seeing the sick healed the lost coming to Jesus. What greater life could we be living? What greater adventure could there be?
One of the guys named Peter who is now starting to lead one of the newly planted churches in Khartima once was one of the guys who used to raid cattle from other tribes (which is a common practice among some of the different tribes) was led to the Lord through Dominic and Hector, the main leaders here and is now leading the move of God here in the place of Khartima. It shows the redeeming work of Jesus at work in lives of real people.
I was so encouraged by the work I saw going on here. They told me that they were extremely encouraged by my coming. I was the first Iris person to come out and really see what they are doing and encourage them here.
Please remember them in your prayers that God would provide the means for them to continue the work and even expand the Kingdom of God to new areas which is there heart. Pray for money for the food for the kids that they are taking care of, pray for revival and true repentance to break out. Pray for the houses , schools and church buildings to be able to be built. Pray that God would give them the land they need to do the full work He has called them to do. Ha-ha Jesus Rules!
If anyone feels led to give to this Iris work way out in the bush just contact me and I will find out how that can be sent to them. They are completely trusting God for all there needs. So I want to share that as well. What God is doing there is the real deal.
God did so many other things and I have a lot of stories to tell but space doesn’t allow me to share it all. I will tell more of glories of Gods work here when I get back. I hope each one of you are encouraged through this and drawn closer to Daddy Gods heart to reach every man and woman and child through what I have shared.

Chukudum from up high

Hello All YOU Loved Ones of God,
I wanted to let you know that your prayers were answered with the outreach that we had in Goja. On Saturday we went out but we left even over one hour later then we were supposed to be their. It takes about an hour for us to get there. We
had a flat tire and needed oil, that is why it took so long to leave from here. It was not a waste of time that we got sent back and asked to come tomorrow because everyone had left that had come because we were so late. We were able to
worship god and release his kingdom most of the way to Goja and the whole way back home.
God for some reason wanted us to be there on Sunday morning instead of Saturday afternoon. It was a real blast. It seemed dry and whatever at first but God showed up and great amounts of healing took place. It was an Episcopal Church that did
like prayers from a book and all the sit down stand up things. That pretty crazy for an Iris style Outreach. I was like do we even have any room to flow here as people visiting there. Its awesome stretching experience though. God really opened
it up even all the church leaders responded to receive healing in there bodies when the invitation was given. They were among the first. Its awesome to be able to keep the unity in the Body in the midst of diversity. Amen.
The guy Edward who had the dream that we should come here and many were healed has two grandparents here. Both of them were healed while we were there. The grandmother had arthritis and that was healed and she was running around through the church. His grandfather had pain all through his body Jesus came and took it all from him. One older lady with vision problems and pain in her joints came forward and was healed completely after we prayed for her two times. It was
awesome she stood up and testified that she could see up to the road now, that was a good distance from the church. Praise God! Many many others were healed as well. The Lord was just pouring out healing over Goja. One older lady about 5
joined in to pray with her for healing of her split vision and moving pain in her body. This one took some time and was the last person we prayed for. She was persistent. We asked after about 5 times praying and asking how she was doing if
she wanted us to continue. She said yes its still hurting let go. She was afflicted by a evil spirit. She renounced the hold and then we prayed after that the pain and split vision stopped jumping around in her head and left. The
Gospel was shared with power and clarity in this place. May it never be the same again.
I was going to ask you to all be praying for the change of my flight since my mother was having a hard time with it. But after last night when I talk to her and prayed for favor over the flight change she got on the phone and in 30
minutes the flight was changed. Wow, God is a miracle working God not just for healing in our body but in everything.
I love Daddy and I love you all so much,
Nathan

Dear Prayer Warriors,
Hello everyone. Just yesterday I was talking-to Michele and she was telling me how the little three year old girl that was beat by the LRA actually said something to her. That is the first time that she said anything since she got here that we knew of. She was walking and playing with the kids she was even carrying water from the well. God is so amazing. He is really speeding up the healing process for these kids. They will be raised as loved children and not as orphans. They have a life and destiny here on the earth. God is opening up doors because they are here. Yei God!
Well the last few days I haven’t made it to town to email everyone because there where some rioting of the solders here who have not got there pay. So most of us have just stayed here at the center. Its so amazing how that God had us move out here before any of this happened. Because it wouldn’t have been so good for us there now if we were there in town. God knows what is going on and is protecting us every step of the way. No worries.
Also of you could pray that our leadership training that supposed to go on this Saturday with some leaders from a church that Iris has planted in Southern Sudan, would still go through and all the situations that have happened here would not hinder us from doing this.
The kids and I gathered and prayed the peace of God last night and even the today the rioting was calmed down. Its so awesome how God hear our prayers. Thank each one of you who have been praying even without knowing what is going on lately and all the ones who God put on there hearts to pray for us here in the last few days. You are truly a blessing to me and to us all here.
Hey keep praying for my staff infection to clear up all the way. It was bothering me again for a few days. I really need to be totally set free from this junk. Also Im planning on extending my flight yet again for a bit. I feeling led to stay another two months. Even what I have here to do I dont have the time to accomplish it all by April. So Im just resting in God and He is guiding my steps. I would love your prayers on this one. God is so faithful to show His heart to those who are hungry and provide for every need.
This week while having a wonderful time with Jesus He put on my heart to pray for each one of you specifically that God would release greater levels of intimacy. I really poured my heart out to God for each one of you to be drawn into such deep places with God. I release revelation and peace over each one of you. I bless you to be more at rest and peace with God and who He has made you to be. I release greater depths of intimacy with Daddy. You are so loved by Him.
Love you all,
Nathan
